During the June 1 meeting the board approved four utility permit applications: District 1 RWD #3 (UT-P-26-28) to cross a county road near S. 4150 Rd; Cox Communications (UT-P-26-30) to cross roads near E. 390 Rd and S. 4120 Rd; ONG (UT-P-26-31) to cross E. Anderson Dr. near Hwy 20; and Cox Communications (UT-P-26-32) to parallel N. 149th E. Ave. Each permit included a legal description of the crossing location as recorded in the minutes. Commissioner Dan DeLozier moved to approve each permit; motions were seconded and carried by unanimous roll call.
The permits were handled as routine business under the county's utility permit process; the minutes record the approvals with their UT-P numbers for county records and future inspections or project coordination.
