Commissioner Hendrix moved to approve the zoning change and Commissioner DeLozier seconded; the board approved the rezoning by unanimous roll-call vote.
The action follows a 4-0 Planning Commission recommendation and permits the applicant, Rene Lee, to proceed with local permitting related to the lot split and new dwelling placement.
