Commissioners approve rezoning in Claremore to allow a manufactured home (Case #2674)

Planning Commission Deputy Director Brittany Senters presented the application for applicant Joe Tanner, describing the intended use as placement of a manufactured home contingent upon board approval. No members of the public spoke for or against the request. Commissioner Dan DeLozier moved to approve the rezoning, Commissioner John Steve Hendrix seconded, and the motion carried by unanimous roll-call vote (DeLozier-aye, Hendrix-aye, Burrows-aye).
The approved action follows a 4-0 recommendation from the Planning Commission. The board’s approval allows the applicant to proceed with permitting steps subject to applicable county requirements.
