Wahl said they "were negotiating an agreement with the end user; they are bringing the item to Planning Commission now due to time constraints." City Engineer Melinda Sprow flagged stormwater, shared access agreements, and minor subdivision requirements; Wahl acknowledged those items and confirmed easements and shared access discussions are underway.
The Commission approved the site plan with the condition that required information be submitted to the City Engineer and other staff prior to permitting.
