Roxbury selectmen move purchasing policy to public hearing, approve disbursement warrant policy

The board also adopted disbursement-warrant policies: a motion approved language allowing any one of the municipal officers to review, approve and sign certain warrants; separate motions approved policies for approval of disbursement warrants for State fees, employee wages and benefits and municipal education costs (each motion passed 3-0). These policy decisions delegate signature authority and clarify who may sign different classes of warrants going forward.
