Board welcomes new HR director Will Sandoval and incoming Righetti principal Jeff Carroll

Superintendent Antonio Garcia introduced two incoming district administrators who are scheduled to start July 1.
William (Will) Sandoval was introduced as the new director of certificated human resources; Garcia said Sandoval comes from Salinas Unified High School District and brings experience as a teacher, dean of students, assistant principal and assistant superintendent. Sandoval told the board he grew up on the Central Coast and is grateful for the opportunity.
Jeff Carroll was introduced as the new principal of Ernest Righetti High School. Garcia noted Carroll's background as assistant principal for special projects and his prior 21 years in special education and prior administrative experience in Texas. Carroll thanked the board and his family and said he is honored to serve the Righetti community.
