Righetti FFA showcases programs, 800+ students and nine national-degree recipients

"In our ag program, we have 7 amazing teachers as well as over 800 students," chapter advisor Elizabeth Flores (speaker 19) said, listing pathways and concurrent classes that let students build college credit while in high school. Chapter president Maya Avila and other officers described leadership opportunities, career-development events, and public-speaking competitions that prepare students for postsecondary options.
The program announced nine American-degree recipients who will be recognized at the national FFA convention in Indianapolis, and presenters described SAE (supervised agricultural experience) projects, awards banquets, and community-service events such as Kinder Patch expecting about 800 kindergarten participants.
Board members thanked the students and teachers for the presentation; no board action was required.
