Courthouse facilities manager: HVAC performance strong in low 70s; cooling-tower float still faulty

Westfall said Subzero is servicing units in the clerk's office and preparing quotes for replacement where needed. She recommended a Tier II preventative-maintenance plan from Subzero; the monthly cost was reported as $4,500. Commissioners asked for part pricing and requested another company quote. Westfall also reported that the cooling-tower float is still malfunctioning and, following Chemsearch's recommendation, will solicit quotes for an external valve to resolve the issue.
