Tim Wick of Morrison & Maierle explained that three bids were received and that Falcon Construction's submission was ruled nonresponsive for using an incorrect bid form provided with Addendum 1. Mr. Bennett moved to approve the engineer's recommendation; Mr. Wenz seconded the motion and it carried.
The award advances the GA apron panel replacement project under the AIP program; project funding shares were described elsewhere in the engineer's report as standard FAA/AIP proportions. The board recorded the motion and carried the award decision at the April meeting.
