At separate finance-committee sessions on March 24, 2026, staff presented proposed 2026 insurance rates to the WCIDA, WEDC and WCCFDC Finance Committees. Ryan Gentile presented the rates to all three committees; none raised substantive questions. During the WCIDA discussion, Deputy Director Katie Bronson confirmed that a property in Macedon remains listed on the insurance policy. Each committee adjourned after the review and set the next meeting for Oct. 19, 2026 at 8:00 A.M.
