Board member Larry Strickland flagged that the application's assertion there is no local sign code in the zone was incorrect; Chair Sarah Purdy said the Village Board will take up the code question locally.
Jamie Landcastle moved that, under GML 239, the application as presented has no significant countywide impact; Chandra Gilman seconded and the motion carried with Strickland recorded as abstaining. The referral will move to the Village Board for local code determinations and any final permitting.
