Probation Officer Tarah Jayne presented monthly statistics and Q2 goal progress to the Public Safety Committee.
Jayne reported on Leandra's Law device activity, saying "42 were ordered, 17 were installed" under conditional discharges. She also said the office is on track to maintain 100% DNA collection for 2026 and is continuing staff training and an adult interactive journaling program; some firearm-carrying training efforts are delayed due to staff leave.
The committee accepted the probation report as information; Jayne's update consisted of operational metrics and program status rather than requests for new policy or funding.
