Planning staff says City of Wagoner rezoning vote will be reheard after notice error

Staff explicitly advised the commission that "subsequent to the meeting, it was determined that this item was inadvertently placed on the agenda before the required publication/public notice requirements had been satisfied. The prior vote is not being relied upon for further processing, and the item will be re-noticed and placed on a future agenda for rehearing, if appropriate, in accordance with applicable notice requirements." The commission did not complete final action on this item; staff will set a new notice and bring the item back for consideration in accordance with statutory notice requirements.
