WCCFDC board approves certified financial audit and annual PARIS report

The Wayne County Civic Facility Development Corporation board on March 24 unanimously approved a resolution accepting the 2025 certified financial audit and the annual PARIS report. Executive Director Brian Pincelli told the board the Audit Committee had met, reviewed EFPR Group's Audit Presentation and the proposed PARIS reports, and "had no comments and recommended to accept the audit and PARIS reports as presented."
Vice-Chair Kim V. Leonard moved to approve the resolution; Board Secretary Kaye Stone-Gansz seconded. "All present approved," the minutes record, with five members voting in favor and two members absent. The board did not ask follow-up questions during the presentation. The vote completes the board's formal acceptance and clears submission of the PARIS filing as presented by staff.
