After a motion by Commissioner Morgan and a second by Commissioner Rogers, commissioners each voiced their "yes" votes and the chair declared the motion to approve the ordinance passed seven to zero. The county noted receipt of one email in opposition from a resident, but no public comment was offered during the hearing.
The board did not adopt substantive amendments to the ordinance at the hearing; any operational rules or enforcement provisions will be handled per county code and the SID's governing arrangements.
