Several board members urged careful details for rooftop planter drainage and long‑term maintenance and asked that any generator on the roof be screened from neighboring properties.
After discussion the board moved and seconded approval with staff conditions. Staff will confirm tree‑removal paperwork, tree mitigation and clarified rooftop drainage details before permitting.
