Commission dissolves master plan ad hoc, dissolves swim‑center ad hoc and creates Parks Foundation ad hoc

For the master plan ad hoc dissolution the roll call recorded a majority approval with one ‘no’ vote; for the swim center ad hoc the commission again approved dissolution with one member opposed. The Parks Foundation ad hoc creation passed unanimously in the roll call recorded during the meeting.
