Summary

At the July 29, 2026 Legal and Finance Committee meeting, the Chair noted a motion to adopt the agenda, made by Lehman and seconded by Maher. The Chair called for the vote; committee members responded "Aye" and the Chair declared the motion carried.
Later, the committee considered the consent calendar and recorded a motion to approve consent items 1 through 6 (motion by Lehman, second by Roberts). The Chair again called for the vote, committee members responded "Aye," and the Chair declared the motion to approve the consent calendar carried. The Chair stated no items were removed from the consent calendar for separate consideration.
