Holiday Hills police report wins taser grant, seeks body cameras and proposes lower sticker fine

"The Village (HHPD) was successful in obtaining funds for 4 tasers totaling $10,173.60," Commander Copp said. Copp also said the department has submitted a grant request for body cameras and is requesting about $25,000 for Motorola/GTech equipment, noting the department will still need computer backup capabilities. Separately, Commander Copp proposed lowering the village vehicle-sticker fine from $100 to $50; the clerk reported sticker sales and reminded the board that residents can purchase stickers via Epay.
