Finance Committee chair Samantha Tunney told the board the committee’s next meeting is scheduled for March 9 and will include review of five‑year financial projections, the Fund 21 report, the capital plan and student fees. Architects, engineers and the roofing contractor will attend that meeting. Community members interested in serving in a community seat on the finance committee are directed to a Google form in the district newsletter with submissions due March 1; questions about the finance packet should be submitted to Dr. Teri Shaw by the morning of the meeting.
In the financial reports, the board received cash figures for the month: Beginning cash on hand as of Dec. 1, 2025 was $13,854,363.53 and cash and investments as of Dec. 31, 2025 were $12,335,153.50. Dr. Teri Shaw also noted that the flooring and roofing projects were discussed as information items and will return for action next month.
