Horry County parks staffer Jeff Bailey honored with state recreation award

Jeff Bailey, who accepted the recognition, said the award reflected his team’s work. “This is an individual award, but let's be honest. Good accomplishments don't happen without good people,” Bailey said, thanking leadership and staff. The committee acknowledged the recognition with brief applause and moved on to the next agenda item.
