Board approves $1.275 million in warrants, $655,002 ACH‑EFT payments and several parcel sales

The board approved routine financial and property actions on March 17, 2026. Commissioners unanimously approved Auditor warrants totaling $1,275,067.84 for Feb. 1–28, 2026 and ACH‑EFT payments totaling $655,001.66; an audit/auxiliary list totaling $180,778.88 was also approved.
The meeting minutes record the warrant dates and amounts and show unanimous approval by the five commissioners present. In property actions the board authorized sale of parcel 06.005.0100 to adjacent landowner James Richards for $10,500 (including fees and taxes) and approved two $1 sales to combine adjacent parcels (27.021.5100 into 27.021.1800 and 30.238.1230 into 30.238.1210) to clean up parcel configurations.
Auditor/Treasurer staff presented the sales and warrants for board approval; no public objections or additional conditions were recorded in the minutes. The approvals allow county accounting and property records to be updated and for transactions to be completed per county policy.
