County accepts low bids for 2026 seal coat and countywide striping projects

The approvals allow Public Works to proceed with contracting and scheduling for the 2026 pavement preservation season and to issue procurement documents consistent with the accepted low bids. No protest or competing bid objections were recorded in the meeting minutes.
County staff indicated these awards reflect the lowest responsible bids for the respective projects and did not attach additional conditions beyond standard procurement practice. The board did not separately appropriate new funds during the recorded motion; awards were approved as presented on the agenda.
