The board approved several technology and software purchases on July 16. Trustees authorized a three-year Panorama Education contract for $29,996.40 to support student surveys used to identify performance and attendance needs, and they approved a four-year PLT4M software licensing extension for $5,700.
The board also approved an Alpha Controls & Services building automation system (BAS) integration proposal for $14,240 to upgrade district building controls. Mr. Dugan described the Panorama tool as used by comparable schools in the area; Mr. Krueger noted tariffs affected annual equipment pricing on other purchases discussed earlier in the meeting.
All items were approved by roll call as recommended by the Finance and Policy & Personnel committees.
