Justin Krueger, a district staff member, outlined proposed changes to the 2025–26 rental agreements for the Performing Arts Center (PAC) and the Field House. "The changes included updated pricing, a clause for overtime and personnel rates, a security clause, fees for false alarms, a Binding Agreement clause, and a signed agreement that includes required notices for the Emergency Management Guide, the Cardiac Emergency Response Plan (CERP), and a map of the current AED locations," the record states. The Committee recommended the agreements be placed on the Sept. 17, 2025 Board agenda for approval.
The proposed additions would formally require renters to acknowledge emergency resources and to accept potential personnel/overtime charges for events. The transcript records no vote; the Committee action was a recommendation to refer the item to the full Board for consideration.
