SWCD board approves routine agenda, treasurer’s report and $45,000 transfer to pay bills

Chairman Michael Humburg called the Faribault County Soil & Water Conservation District regular board meeting to order at 8:31 a.m. on March 11, 2026. The board first handled routine business, approving the meeting agenda on a motion by Supervisor Jeff Bell (seconded by Supervisor Randy Feist) and approving the Feb. 11, 2026 meeting minutes and the February 2026 treasurer’s report in subsequent motions.
The board voted to pay outstanding bills and approved a transfer of funds to cover those payments. "Motion by Mensing to approve the Transfer of Funds in the amount of $45,000.00 from Savings to Checking to pay the bills," the minutes record. The motions were recorded as carried with voting listed for Supervisors Anderson, Bell, Feist and Mensing where tallies were provided.
