Public works reports: two bids for solar battery storage within budget; WWTP contractor schedule still outstanding

Denham also reported operational work: crews have installed half of the winter banners with the remainder due Nov. 23, and staff are continuing winterization work. He said WWTP construction has experienced scheduling challenges and that he has repeatedly requested a long-range schedule from the contractor; Denham said he has not yet received it but hopes to have a schedule within two weeks so the town can assess whether a winter shutdown is necessary.
