The Funnel Truck was noted as an additional vendor to be on site and the village will arrange for cake; donations of soda, chips and water were described as possible.
Stingel said she will secure catering supplies and coordinate volunteers and donations. The board did not vote on a budget line in the minutes; the discussion recorded logistical assignments and vendor choice.
