Holiday Hills board approves minutes and warrant; treasurer reports balances

Clerk Lesley Tennessen asked the board to approve the minutes from the July 17, 2024 meeting; Trustee Mickey Brown moved and Trustee Carol Stingel seconded the motion, which carried with Ayes from Agrella, Brown, Maier, Stingel and Young and Pawlak recorded absent.
Trustee Brown presented the treasurer's monthly report and moved approval of the warrant dated Aug. 21, 2024. Trustee Stingel seconded; the board voted to approve. Trustee Brown reported the following fund balances: Bank $54,719.32; IL General $185,585.10; MFT $54,301.52; Epay $24,572.90.
