Public Works reported it has repaired most identified issues but still has five leaks slated for repair. Because BowSel's availability during the week prevented Public Works from being present during testing, the town will discontinue BowSel services and perform hydrant testing in-house using the necessary equipment. Hydrant placards indicating flow rates will be placed ahead of painting.
The council did not record a separate vote to end BowSel services during the minutes; the change was presented as an operational decision by Public Works based on scheduling and available resources.
