Allen County Highway Director Bill Hartman presented the need for added design work.
Commissioner Ronald W. Turpin moved to approve the supplemental agreement and Commissioner Therese M. Brown seconded; the motion passed 3-0. The agreement funds preparatory work; separate bidding and construction approvals will follow in later sessions.
