David Jordan briefed the committee on a proposed pilot program to allow food trucks to vend on county property at the administration building. "We would have, for the first three months, spots for two vendors reserved out there," Jordan said. He described limiting vending frequency and giving the administrator authority to designate areas and days; the committee moved, seconded and voted to forward Jordan’s recommendation as a resolution to council. Jordan said if the pilot "doesn't work, we'll kill the program."
