Commissioners approve purchase order procedures, travel requests and other routine items

The Board approved Resolution 2026-427, which authorizes the use of a Purchase Order Edit List prepared by the County Auditor to be kept on file in the Commissioners Office in lieu of journalizing each individual purchase order. The resolution also approves submitted travel requests.
Earlier in the meeting, the board approved the June 30 minutes (Resolution 2026-420), approved the agenda as amended (Resolution 2026-421), and voted to cancel the July 21 and July 23 regular sessions (Resolution 2026-426) because of a projected lack of quorum. All motions were recorded as passing unanimously, 3-0.
