Fulton County approves ODOT LPA agreement to fund CR 14 resurfacing (up to $2M)

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners voted July 2 to enter into a Local Public Agency agreement (Contract 2026-59, ODOT LPA Agreement #44416, PID# 118979) with the Ohio Department of Transportation to fund resurfacing of County Road 14. The formal resolution states the LPA policy agreement will fund 80% of the project or up to $2,000,000.
Commissioner R.J. Lumbrezer moved to approve the contract and Commissioner Jeff Rupp seconded. The motion passed unanimously, 3-0. The agreement authorizes the county to proceed under the terms attached to the LPA and commits the stated ODOT funding share; the county must follow applicable ODOT and Ohio Revised Code procedures for LPA projects.
