Michael Hanna moved to approve the resolution and Brian C. Schu seconded; the motion carried with all five present voting yes.
The motion recorded in the minutes reads: "APPROVING THE STANDARD WORKDAY AND RETIREMENT RESOLUTION AS REQUIRED BY THE NEW YORK STATE COMPTROLLER." The committee membership listed in the minutes shows William Thew as chair and Brian C. Schu as vice chair; the vote was recorded as 5-0 in favor. The minutes list the motion as requiring a resolution.
After approving the retirement reporting resolution, the committee immediately approved a motion to adjourn, also moved by Hanna and seconded by Schu, with a 5-0 vote. Amanda L. Chapman, Deputy Clerk, signed the minutes as "Respectfully Submitted."
