Resident Dennis Dutchess addressed the Town of Nutter Fort council during public comment to raise concerns about a Clarksburg Water Board (CWB) rate increase.
Dutchess said he had attended a recent CWB meeting but arrived too late to speak. "His concerns are regarding CWB having a rate increase, yet the CWB receiving $19 million," the minutes state. He said he plans to attend the CWB meeting on Dec. 17, 2025 at 6 p.m., invited local news media and asked that council members attend or seek clarification from the board.
