Coats board enters closed session under NCGS 143-318.11(6), reconvenes and adjourns

The board reconvened in open session at 8:40 p.m. Mayor Coats then called for a motion to adjourn; Commissioner Kelvin Gilbert moved, Mayor Pro Tem Marc Powell seconded, and the motion to adjourn was unanimously approved. The work session ended at 8:40 p.m.
