Coats commissioners discuss code enforcement contract, payment options, donations and capital projects

The board consented to pursue in-person card payment options to reduce fees and to set up town email addresses for commissioners to improve records retention. Commissioners raised several capital-project ideas, including work at McKinley Point, reuse of the old theater building, and a digital sign.
