The Teton County Board of Commissioners approved a closing resolution authorizing any one of the five county commissioners to sign closing documents related to acquisition of property identified as #403 Westview, 1257 W. Hwy. 22, Jackson, Wyoming 83001. Chief Deputy County Attorney Keith Gingery presented the resolution and answered commissioners' questions before the board voted 4-0 in favor of the resolution.
Commissioner Len Carlman moved for approval and Commissioner Wes Gardner seconded. The motion passed with all in favor. The resolution grants authority for county signature on closing documentation necessary to complete the purchase.
