Planning & Building Director Alex Kovach presented a recap of the Pratt Hills Phase 2 preliminary plat recommendation, which proposes 27 new lots and rolled curbs. Alex said the plan has been submitted to state agencies for review, SEPA is complete, shrub-steppe mitigation is needed and the next step is engineering review.
