Planning & Building Director Alex Kovach presented a recap of the Pratt Hills Phase 2 preliminary plat recommendation, which proposes 27 new lots and rolled curbs. The public hearing was held June 26, 2026 with no public comments recorded in the minutes. Alex said the plan has been submitted to state agencies for review, SEPA is complete, shrub-steppe mitigation is needed and the next step is engineering review.
The minutes do not include the tentative roadway layout or lot sizes in their summary. Alex noted staff will proceed with coordination with state reviewers and engineering review before returning a formal recommendation to the Council.
