President Giles said ductwork is required at the village building and presented a Jett's quote of $3,750. Trustee Carol Stingel moved and Trustee Brian Agrella seconded to approve the ductwork, and the motion carried unanimously.
Giles also outlined an IT security plan including a camera layout for the building and grounds and estimated hardware costs: roughly $1,500 for outside cameras, $1,800 for inside cameras, $6,300–$7,000 for rack and hardware, with cabling and supplies raising the total to about $9,000. The board did not approve the full IT package at this meeting but discussed prioritizing ductwork and planning the security upgrade.
