• Acceptance of application: Dana Clow moved to accept the lot-line adjustment application for 12 Myrtle Street and 14–24 Hoyt Lane; James Bailey seconded; motion carried unanimously.
• Approval of lot-line adjustment: Motion to approve the Lot Line Adjustment for Map 23 Lots 94 & 104 with a condition of compliance with all applicable laws and recorded findings of fact (mover: Steve Livingston; second: Dana Clow); motion carried unanimously.
• Adjournment: Steve Livingston moved to adjourn, Bryant Wheeler seconded; meeting adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
