Board approves spray-patch contract and streetscape survey; detention basin design tabled

Engineer Bob Kohlhase presented several infrastructure items. D & D Sweeping submitted the low bid of $69,480 for the annual spray patch contract; Trustee Bowers moved to accept the bid, Trustee Alig seconded and the motion passed 5-0. Kohlhase also presented a streetscape planning topographic survey priced at $16,500, which the board approved (Nauman moved; Bowers seconded; 5-0).
Kohlhase introduced a $12,000 proposal for detention basin sizing design for a 135-acre development east of town. After a short discussion, the board decided to table that action until further information could be obtained.
