Planning Board reconsiders and approves change of use for 39 School Street

The Hillsborough Planning Board voted unanimously on Sept. 3 to approve a Change of Use/Waiver of Site Plan for 39 School Street (Map 24 Lot 41) after the board reconsidered a procedural omission from its Aug. 20 meeting. Planning Director Robyn Payson told the board that the Aug. 20 action had only approved an amendment to conditions and that a final approval vote had not been recorded.
Dana Clow moved to reconsider the board's Aug. 20 decision; Steve Livingston seconded. Livingston then moved to approve the application with the conditions and findings amended at the Aug. 20 meeting; Andrew Morris seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The minutes record no additional conditions beyond those amended on Aug. 20. No public objections were recorded in the minutes for this item.
