The Board voted 5–0 to approve a Dual Enrollment Memorandum of Understanding with College of the Siskiyous for the 2026–27 academic year and accepted a CCAP addendum listing courses for 2025–2027. The motion to approve was made by Sandy Hogge and seconded by Jennifer Thackeray.
Board materials indicate the MOU and CCAP addendum will allow eligible high school students to earn college credit through courses articulated with the college; the action is intended to expand postsecondary pathways for Scott Valley Unified students and align with efforts to grow CTE and early-college options.
