County IT staff raised a phishing-reporting process reminder and that the mobile Outlook client in use does not show a phish-alert button; staff said they would investigate adding the button. Later, an IT staffer requested purchase of a CivicPlus add-on to make the county website ADA-compliant (funded from the IT capital project) and the board approved the purchase. The staffer also noted a separate, non-agenda purchase of a legislative chambers amplifier for $1,487.75, which the board ratified.
"My 1st 1 is, we need to purchase an add on to Civic Plus for the website, to make it ADA compliant," the IT staffer said, and later reported the amplifier purchase amount. Both motions were approved by voice vote; the transcript does not record numeric tallies.
