The Fulton County Board of Commissioners met June 18, 2026, in Wauseon and approved a bundle of routine items including meeting minutes, the day’s agenda, appropriations adjustments and a small contractor pay request.
Commissioner R.J. Lumbrezer moved to approve the minutes of the June 16, 2026 regular session; Commissioner Jeff Rupp seconded and the motion passed 2-0. The Board then voted 2-0 to approve the agenda as presented or amended on the record.
The session included adoption of several written resolutions: Resolution 2026-408 to establish and increase appropriations for various departments (see separate coverage), Resolution 2026-409 approving Pay Request #1 to Gerken Paving, Inc. for the 2026 Asphalt Resurfacing Program in the amount of $800.00, and Resolution 2026-410 setting procedures for purchase-order edits and approving travel requests. Each motion was moved and seconded by the two commissioners present and recorded as passing 2-0.
The meeting record notes Commissioner Short was absent at roll call. Meeting certifications and attestations were entered by Amanda Mahlman, ASC, and clerk Jessica Schuette.
