After a friendly amendment and additional discussion the council voted to approve the motion and allow staff to complete negotiations and sign the contract if pricing met the council's parameters.
Tyler Newberg told council he wanted the contract signed so crews could begin work; staff committed to verify pricing and return if significant variance is discovered.
