The second minor plat divides another parcel along a northwest fence line and stream, preserving access from 200th Street for the south parcel; a landowner explained the historical layout and personal reasons for the split: “The 41 acres is mine and and the 32 is Wayne's,” the speaker said while describing the acreage division. After confirming there were no unresolved issues, the board moved and approved the Wayne Scribe/Kent Skrigg plat by voice vote.
Supervisors noted the plats could lead to future sale or ownership changes but recorded no conditions beyond standard approvals.
