Court Administrator Mike Smith and Chief Court Services Officer Teressa Greenwood updated the board July 7 on the Repath supervision software purchased with opioid funds. Greenwood said the system provides location alerts, curfew checks and text messaging for appointments and testing, and that it has been used to detect violations requiring law-enforcement response.
Greenwood said, "There are currently 7 people on the program," and noted the renewal rate if the county chooses to continue is $14,235. The commissioners thanked the court services staff for the update; no formal action was requested or taken beyond receiving the report.
